This is the maximum amount for which we are liable regardless of the value of the item or cause of damage.  For example: 10 stereo valued at $500.00 = $6.00 MAXIMUM in claim value if damaged. You may purchase additional moving insurance to cover the full value of your items at www.movinginsurance.com.

  • What if I have losses or damages?

Any claim must be filed in writing and you must pay for services rendered before your claim is processed per Indiana Tariff Law. You can mail or email your claim. Our claim rate is less than 2% for the nearly 3,000 moves we complete each year. We will work diligently to address any claims you may have and appreciate in advance your understanding of the processes we have in place.
