We have a 2 hour minimum on all services unless otherwise noted on the Rate Sheet.
**Booking Deposit Policy:**
A $100 deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is fully refundable if your move is canceled or rescheduled at least **5 business days** prior to your scheduled move date.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash (Receipts must be issued and signed by the customer at the time of collection for ALL cash payments. The receipt should show the hours worked, any mileage accrued and any tips received.)
- Cashiers Check
- Money Order
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) (+3% fee)
- Checks (Must have new address printed on the check, also need Social Security Number or Driver's License Number written on the check. Any tips should be recorded in the memo line.
