After-hours relocation of a Whitestown logistics office, including workstations, IT equipment, and a records room.
The Challenge
The business could not afford downtime, so the entire move had to happen between Friday close and Monday open.
Our Solution
Workstations were numbered to a floor plan, IT gear was crated separately, and the crew worked an overnight schedule.
The Outcome
Staff returned Monday to a fully set-up office with every workstation in place and operations running on time.
