A third-floor unit with no elevator and a strict building move-out time left a narrow window to clear the apartment.

A coordinated crew staged items by the stairwell and ran a tight loading rotation to clear the unit ahead of the deadline.
The Outcome
The tenant was out before the building cutoff and fully moved into the new townhome the same afternoon.
